What Is This Privacy Policy for?

Vs-rp.com (further “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy informs you how we look after your personal data and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. This privacy policy applies to any visitor of our website https://vs-rp.com/ (further “the Site”)/ the user/ the buyer/ the player/ the customer (further “you”, “your”) who uses the Site, registers on it and buys in-game currency on our Site.

This Privacy policy is a part of the Agreement between you and us. Before you buy in-game currency on our Site you need to accept our offer. That means that you accept the terms of all the documents that constitute the Agreement. The proper acceptance of the offer in accordance with the law of Estonia is the consistent implementation by you of the following actions: read terms of the Agreement, register on the Site, put a tick in the checkbox that you accept the terms before making a purchase. If you put a tick in the checkbox, you agree with the terms of this Privacy policy in particular.

We are the data controller when we collect personal information from our users, buyers, players, customers and clients. We will not pass your personal data on to any third party unless required to do so by law or if you have given us separate written permission to do so.

What Data Do We Collect About You?

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We MAY collect, use, store and process different kinds of personal data about you.

Your data is collected by the Site. We only ask for an email, your nickname (login) and Rockstar ID, when you register on the Site.

When you visit the Site, we collect the information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone, or other access device. This information includes: your IP address, device information including, but not limited to, identifier, name, and type of operating system, mobile network information, standard web information, such as your browser type and the pages you access on our Site. When you buy in-game currency on our Site, we ask only your character name which you select from the list.

When you want to pay for in-game currency with your credit or debit card, you are redirected to the payment page of the BazPay Gateway. The page collects your payment card date in order to process your payment. The payment card data collected by BazPay is your card number, expiry date, your name indicated on the card and your CVV code. We do not collect or keep your payment card information.

Third Party Links

The Sites practice a link to a payment page provided by the BazPay Gateway in order to collect your payment card information and process your payment request. We guarantee the security of payments when paying by credit or debit card. The BazPay Gateway that provides the service of processing the payment requests complies with PCI DSS requirements for the secure processing of the payer's bank card details.

Children

The Site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Special Category Data

We do not anticipate that any special category data will be processed by us in our business relationship with you.

What We May Need From You in Addition

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and take part in a possible dispute investigation on your purchase or a chargeback. If you apply for a refund, we will need to request additional information/documentation as well. In certain cases, you might be required to go through the KYC (Know-Your-Client) procedure on the Site, during which we collect from you your personal information and documents.

What information we may request from you

We may request such personal information from you: your first name, last name, date of birth, registration address and/or residence address (country, region, city, street, building No, room No, first line of your address, postal code together or separately), Tax ID/ID code/number.

How do we contact you

As long as we have only your email address, we can contact you by email.

Under what conditions we request additional information and/or documents

If we receive a request from a payment provider, an International Payment Card System or a bank, we may contact you to request your information and/or documents. Usually it pertains to dispute resolutions, fraud investigations, chargebacks.

If you apply for a refund, we will need you to provide a payment report and additional documents according to the request of our support team.

For What Purpose Do We Process Your Personal Data?

The purpose of processing the personal data that may be collected is mainly to facilitate your purchase in our online store. Other purposes are to manage our relationship with you; to be able to offer you our products in accordance with your interests; to improve your user experience and, where appropriate, for the treatment of your requests; to administer our Site and personalize it for you; to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activity in connection with our Site; to prevent, deter and investigate violation of this Privacy Policy and/or our Site's Terms and Conditions; to check whether you do not access the Site from a restricted country; to verify your identity; to send technical notices, support, administrative and marketing messages to you; to communicate with you about products, services, events, your purchase or sale; to follow international anti-money-laundering and KYC rules and practices; to comply with reporting obligations and legal requirements; to prevent any fraud or illegal activities. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, as long as the interested party does not request its deletion, or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data?

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to.

The BazPay Gateway uses your payment card details to process your payment request.

Most commonly, as we only ask for an email, nickname (logit) and Rockstar ID, we use it to provide you the opportunity to buy in-game currency on the Site.

To Which Recipients Will the Data Be Disclosed?

Your personal data may eventually be communicated if communications had to be made to the authorities in the event that the user had carried out actions contrary to the Law; except as provided herein, we will not transfer the data provided to third parties.

If we receive a request from a payment provider, an International Payment Card System or a bank, and contact you to request your information and/or documents, we share the information/documents with the party which provided the request. Usually it pertains to dispute resolutions, fraud investigations, chargebacks.

We may also have to share your personal data with other third parties where you have given your consent for us to do so.

Data Security and Retention

EU Company has adopted and maintains the necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal information that users provide in order to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

However, please, bear in mind that the security of computer systems is never absolute. Please note that no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and no data stored on it is invulnerable. We cannot guarantee the security of our Site, databases or services, nor can we guarantee that the information you submit to us will not be intercepted while you are transmitting it to us over the Internet. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties.

As for data retention, we will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your payment card details are retained by encryption methods that are PCI DSS compliant because BazPay has a PCI DSS certificate.

What Are Your Legal Rights?

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data.

You have the right to:

Request Access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Request Correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

Request Erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing, where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.

Object To Processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or if you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
